At Bramley Apple Garden Design we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website, potential, existing and past clients. In this Privacy Policy we explain the when, why and how we collect your personal data, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.
Visitors to our website
When someone visits www.bramleyapplegardendesign.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Data security and protection
GDPR contract lawful basis
When making an enquiry through the contact form on the website, by telephone or social media, your name, address, email and contact number will be stored and used only to contact you regarding your initial enquiry, to update you on the services we offer which may be of interest to you, as well as ongoing project work we may be doing for you.
Potential, current and past clients name, address, email and contact number, along with date of enquiry and description of project/enquiry are held in a password protected Excel spreadsheet and backed up on a secure system daily.
Data retention

Your contact details will be retained in order to update you on services we offer and to enable us to refer to, and stay in touch with you after, a previous enquiry, quotation or completed project.
Photographs
GDPR consent lawful basis
Photographs taken of your garden either for the initial survey, site progress photos and final completed garden images will only be shared on Bramley Apple Garden Design social media pages or the website with your consent. Your name, address or identifying images of your property will not be published.
Design Plans and Specifications
GDPR contract lawful basis
Design Plans and specification documents as hard copies or pdf files will include your name, address and contact number in order for contractors to provide a site address to suppliers. The plans will not be shared on the website or social media and are working documents between Bramley Apple Garden Design, landscape contractors, suppliers for the project and the client and will only be shared when necessary for the project.
Access to Your Personal Information
